Laura is an Irish Director of Photography based between London and Dublin. She’s a member of Illuminatrix Rising, BAFTA Connect, the International Collective of Female Cinematographers (ICFC), and Women Behind The Camera, all of which reflect her commitment to her craft and to supporting women in film.

Laura holds both US and Irish passports. Born in the United States and raised across Nigeria, Indonesia, Australia, and the UK, Laura’s multicultural background gives her a diverse, global perspective that influences her work as a filmmaker.
Before pursuing filmmaking, Laura worked in action sports and was a certified ski instructor. Her passion for visual storytelling developed, and in 2015, she attended the London Film School, specialising in cinematography. Since then, she has worked on projects across the world, in narrative, fashion, documentary and commercials.
Her work has been screened at a wide range of prestigious film festivals, including BFI London Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival, and the British Short Film Awards. Beyond filmmaking, she enjoys skiing, climbing, skateboarding, and kickboxing, activities that reflect her energetic, hands-on approach to her work.
With her diverse experiences, collaborative nature, and dedication to the craft of visual storytelling, Laura always aims to bring fresh, compelling perspectives to every project she works on.
